About Bevis-Hole:
Bevis-Hole & Co is a small independent and 'client friendly' practise of Chartered Surveyors founded in 1976 by Iain Bevis-Hole.
Iain is based in centrally located Stratford upon Avon with associated offices in Chancery Lane London WC2 and Bicester Oxon, from where he travels extensively to advise clients both small and large on a range of property issues.
The core business is based on four elements:
- Commercial and Industrial Landlord and Tenant matters with emphasis on Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Expert Reports
- Rating Valuations, Appeals and Tribunal Representation
- Residential Valuations and Surveys including Home Buyers Reports
- Planning and Development Consultancy including the re-use of redundant agricultural buildings.
All elements have one overriding commonality.
